Gethsemane

This is the place of final decisions, my will or the will of the Father. In this piece the Lord is symbolized in a figure being poured out over a large stone. The stone represents the foundation of the Church, which was created in that one decision of the Lord’s to choose the cup of suffering. On the cup hand, there are three fingers extended showing the three times the Lord asked for the cup to be removed.
