Mourning

This piece of sculpture began after hearing a very moving song in Hebrew about God turning our mourning into joy. In the beginning, I felt it was describing an improving situation from a negative point of view to a positive one, but now the idea is of God placing a burden on us in prayer. He gives it and He also releases it, which brings joy of something being accomplished, not just finished.
