Separating the Wheat and the Tares

The Lord spoke to His disciples about a man growing wheat, and tares began to grow with the wheat. He said to leave them growing together until the end and final harvest. A man throwing wheat into the air and separating the smaller tares would be the final separation. The man in this sculpture is what a kibbutz member around the turn of the 20th century would look like.
